And jiang cheng is none of the above sure he loved his family, his nephew and would die for them but that love was conditional and selfish, it was toxic and demanding.

can i just say i really really love the way this ask is phrased. um well as a general rule i would say 2020s pop music especially the kind that you would find playing on the radio (at least radios here. and in tiktok sounds) is not especially my thing - while i may enjoy a bunch of individual songs i don't particularly vibe with the era as a whole idk.. i have an attachment to certain songs by some of these artists from years ago for nostalgic reasons but i don't really find myself putting them on to listen to.... i try not to limit myself anymore by saying i don't like musicians i don't know very well and i am keeping my heart & mind open always but my experience has mostly been that the music the youth of america (and europe) are listening to right now are not exactly for me. i enjoy it when my sister shows me nicki minaj songs though i will say this....

as far as everyone else, i generally like them! i wish i had character thoughts to share, but most of the time i don't - i approach a lot of star wars through the lens of writing because that's how i engage with the canon and the material the most, and that means that with characters i don't know so well i see them mostly through how can i use them in a story and what do i take from their canon representations to transpose on my written characters to get where i want to get

i don't dislike anyone in the disaster lineage as far as i'm aware - i also haven't read the books either, so i'm mostly going off of the movies/tv shows and no supplemental material. and i haven't seen anything with sabine in it yet (my to watch list is very long and star wars doesn't get priority unless obi-wan is in it or it's rogue one related), so i forget about her. so often. most of the time, i would say

there's a large inability in this fandom to accept all criticism as valid. like yeah you can totally disagree with people on something. that's the point of subjective opinion and how it is we make sense of the world. we're just not going to see eye to eye on everything and that's fine
